The panel of deans are responsible for coordinating and planning the school’s international exchange, enrollment and business administration. They also formulate the international policies, handle overseas education exhibition and are also responsible for planning the long-term goals of OIA.

The education unit is responsible for recruiting international students, cooperating with the Ministry of Education policy to handle overseas education exhibitions. They also assist in the exchange program between foreign teachers and students and actively work towards enhancing campus internationalization.

The exchange unit promotes international cooperation and exchange subsidy programs. They are responsible for establishing sister schools, recommend students to sister school exchanges as well as signing contracts with foreign universities.
